What happens if I made a mistake choosing a size?
If you receive your product and the size is not the appropriate, you may change the size within 14 days of delivery. If you choose to return any product please follow this steps:
1.- Send an email informing us about the change and asking us for a new size.
2.- When you receive our answer, please send the product sealed in its original package and with its label, back to us within 14 days of your order to the following address: Oficina STARVIEAv. Vidrio 18, Entre Nave 12-15, 2da planta (Azuqueca de Henares, Guadalajara 19200).
3.- The direct cost of the return of the products will be paid by you
Once we have verified the returned product, we will proceed to redeliver the ordered size without charge.
What do I do if there is any problem with a product?
If you observe any manufacture imperfection in your product at the moment you receive it, send us an email informing us about the incident and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be in perfect conditions, unworn, sealed and with its labels. Follow this steps:
1.- Send us an email asking to return the product.
