WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT HAS A DEFECT?
If you detect a manufacturing defect upon receiving your order, please contact us by sending an email by clicking here, explaining the issue and attaching photos of the product. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return a product if you are not satisfied.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in perfect condition
- Not have been used
- Include the original tags and security seals
- Be in its original packaging
How to return a product:

Send an email by clicking here requesting the return and including your order number.

Once we confirm your request, you will have a maximum of 14 days to send the product to the following address: STARVIE office Av. Vidrio 18, Between Warehouse 12-15, 2nd Floor Azuqueca de Henares, Guadalajara 19200 (Spain).
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
REFUND
Once the product is received and verified to meet the return conditions, we will proceed to issue a refund to your original payment method: credit/debit card or PayPal account.
