HOW ARE SHIPMENTS MADE?
At STARVIE, we are committed to shipping your order to the address provided during checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, and delivery times are approximate and may vary according to location.

Please make sure to enter the full delivery address and the name of the person receiving the order, as well as a valid contact phone number (mandatory) to ensure successful delivery.

DELIVERY TIME
The estimated delivery time for mainland Spain is 48 to 72 working hours. At STARVIE, we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, rural or remote areas may require slightly longer delivery times.

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday to Friday (non-holiday).

SHIPPING COSTS
We work with leading logistics companies to guarantee fast and high-quality service. Usual delivery times are:

• Peninsula: 5,95€ and for orders over 50€, shipping costs are free.
• Balearic Islands: 9,95€.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 10,95€. It does not include export DUA management or customs clearance.
• The following European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland): 16,95€ *Switzerland and United Kingdom: 16,95€.
• *Switzerland and United Kingdom: Does not include export taxes and customs clearance.
