How do I buy from STARVIE?
- Choose the product, weight or size, and add it to the cart.
- Enter your shipping and billing information.

How do I know if my order went through?
You’ll receive a confirmation email after completing the payment. If not, check your spam or promotions folder. Still unsure? Email us at pedidos@starvie.com
Can I modify an order I’ve already placed?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at pedidos@starvie.com

You can order from Spain and across Europe through our website.

Which payment methods are available?
We accept:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Sequra (installment or deferred payments)
All payments are secured via SSL-encrypted gateways.
What if my payment fails?
Try again or contact your bank. You can also email us at pedidos@starvie.com. If the issue persists, we recommend using PayPal.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
How are orders shipped and what are the costs?
We ship with top-tier logistics companies to ensure excellent service.
- Spain (Mainland): €5.95 – Free for orders over €50
- Balearic Islands: €9.95 – Free over €90
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: €10.95 (DUA and customs not included)
- Europe (FR, DE, IT, AT, NL, UK, PT, BE, CH, HU, HR, CZ, DK, NO, SE, FI, IE): €16.95
Delivery times:
- Spain: approx. 48 working hours from 2:00 p.m.
- Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 working days
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery.
Steps:
- Email pedidos@starvie.com to request the return.
- Return the unused product in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense (except for defective products).
What if there’s a problem with my product?
If your product has a manufacturing defect, email us at pedidos@starvie.com with details and photos. We’ll help you as soon as possible.
What warranty do STARVIE products have?
All products come with a 3-year legal warranty.
- During the first 2 years, defects are presumed to be manufacturing-related.
- In the third year, the customer must prove the defect is due to manufacturing.
Warranty does not cover:
- Impacts, scratches or normal wear
- Unauthorized string changes or protector removal
- Poor maintenance or damage during transport
