The incorporation of Sanyo Gutiérrez as the first signing responds to a clear decision to begin this project alongside a player with a consolidated career and a way of competing defined by intelligence and experience on court.
The Magician from San Luis, a unique way of understanding the game
Daniel “Sanyo” Gutiérrez is one of the most internationally recognised padel players. Born in San Luis, Argentina, in 1984, he began his career at a very young age and made the leap to professional padel by moving to Spain, where he started competing at the highest level.
Throughout his career, Sanyo has reached the world number one ranking and won numerous titles on the professional circuit, forming part of some of the most successful partnerships in padel history. His consistency and experience have allowed him to remain among the top players in the international rankings for many years, in addition to being a key figure in the successes of the Argentine national team.
Recognised for his tactical intelligence and his ability to read the game, Sanyo has built a playing style based on anticipation, precision and control of match tempo — an approach that has allowed him to leave a lasting mark on professional padel and continue performing at the highest level.
